Ray Dodson, Vice President of Commercial Lending

A graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland, the Maryland Bankers School, and RMA Commercial Lending School, Ray is a well-respected community leader. His experience as Chief Financial Officer at a local dental practice has helped him understand what businesses need to be successful. Ray currently serves as a member of the Leadership Committee for the Coastal Conservation Association’s Southern Maryland chapter, the Leonardtown Rotary Club, the Ambassador and Taste of St. Mary’s committees for the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce. His previous community volunteer activities include 15 years of service as a Board member for the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce, serving seven years as its Treasurer and former Trustee, and Treasurer for Historic Sotterley. Ray is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland and he is the recipient of the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce’s Business Person of the Year award for 2022.
Erin Burch, Vice President of Commercial Lending
Erin Burch, Vice President of Commercial Lending, began her career in banking in 2006. She is a proud graduate of Maryland Banker’s School, with a range of expertise in Merchant Services, Cash Management, Commercial Underwriting, and Commercial Lending. Erin is committed to providing our members with financing solutions that will enable their businesses to prosper. She strives to ensure that each member understands the financing process and the various resources that may be available. Erin provides excellent service and builds lasting relationships. A native of St. Mary’s County, Erin is passionate about the Southern Maryland community, which has led her to volunteer with local organizations. She currently serves as a Board Member for the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce and was a past board member for Historic Sotterley, Inc. and Health Share of St. Mary’s.
