Kids can learn about the importance of saving and social responsibility with Junior, the mascot of our Junior Keeper’s Club.

Junior’s family are lighthouse keepers. Through his duties at the lighthouse, Junior learns about responsibility and accountability. Of course, as a “keeper” he’s also a “saver” who teaches young people about the importance of building funds for the future.

Activities for Teens

Teens have the opportunity to bring in more than just pocket change. Once they have a more than a few dollars to keep track of, it’s a good idea to open a Cedar Point Youth Account.

Putting money into an account can help monitor spending and teach valuable financial lessons:

  • How to make deposits.
  • How to budget money.
  • And how to use a debit card for purchases and withdrawals.

Here are some activities designed to help teens learn more about these financial practices.
